Introduction & Acceptance

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

By accessing or registering on the h5mcw platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between h5mcw and the user.

1.2 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on h5mcw, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity verification at any time and reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.

1.3 Changes to the Terms

h5mcw reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. You are advised to review this page regularly.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person or multiple members of the same household create more than one account using the same device, IP address, or payment method, h5mcw reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details strictly confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately. h5mcw is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. h5mcw also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable cause.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on h5mcw: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply additionally.

3.3 Matching Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

To ensure security, withdrawal requests are generally processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. h5mcw reserves the right to verify any transaction and request additional documents if necessary.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

h5mcw is committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious transactions or unusual activity are detected, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager ৳15,000 (1,500 × 10) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
Any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the bonus.
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
h5mcw reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
In the event of any bonus dispute, h5mcw's decision will be considered final.

4.4 Other Promotions

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

h5mcw ensures that all games available on the platform are operated in a safe and fair environment. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are regularly audited by third parties.

5.2 Technical Errors

Any abnormal results or winnings arising from a technical error or software malfunction in any game will be considered void. In such cases, h5mcw will refund the applicable deposit, but no prizes will be awarded based on the erroneous result.

5.3 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes.
Misuse of bonuses or bonus hunting.
Attempting to access another user's account.
Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or technical safeguards.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is available on h5mcw, covering various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bets placed before odds change will be settled at those original odds. h5mcw reserves the right to void any bet related to match-fixing or any form of undue influence.

VIP & Rewards Program

6.1 VIP Levels

h5mcw has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members are gradually promoted to higher levels based on regular gaming activity. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

10.3 Third-Party Services

The h5mcw platform uses content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. h5mcw is not directly responsible for technical issues or disruptions caused by these providers.

Miscellaneous Terms

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between h5mcw and the user and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 No Waiver

If h5mcw fails or delays in enforcing any provision of these terms, that will not be considered a waiver of that provision. h5mcw reserves the right to enforce the same or any other provision in the future.
